Refund policy

I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me with questions at jenny@hellobungalow.co. You can also contact me at that email address prior to ordering if you would like any more details or photos on a specific item. Please include the item URL link in your email so I can locate the correct information for you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
