Vecchio Fiori Collection by Richard Ginori (Ginori 1735)

This selection features fine porcelain pieces from the iconic Vecchio Fiori (Italian flower)  Collection by Richard Ginori (Ginori 1735). Characterized by its wavy, scalloped borders and signature raised "woven basket" relief work, this specific variation features vibrant, asymmetric floral bouquets of mixed European blossoms on a crisp white background. These pieces were produced in the mid-20th century. Specifically, it's the GIN336 line that has since been discontinued, so these pieces are hard to find!

Included in this selection are 3 sets of six vintage porcelain dinner plates, one 15 1/2" platter, and one 13" platter.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Free of chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The small platter has a couple of tiny dark "pepper spot" inclusions embedded in the center glaze (see close-up photos). These are minor manufacturing/firing artifacts from the kiln process where tiny specks of iron or materials reacted to the heat. They do not affect the integrity of the piece, but the small platter has been priced down significantly to reflect this.

A wonderful opportunity to expand or build a beautiful porcelain collection!
