Add a touch of Mid-Century Colonial Revival elegance to your home with this heavy, solid brass trinket dish crafted by the historic American foundry, Virginia Metalcrafters of Waynesboro, VA.
This collectible piece (Style Code: 3-12) features a uniquely scalloped four-leaf clover shape accented by a high-relief running fox motif centered inside the bowl. It is widely attributed to renowned sculptor Oskar J. W. Hansen, famous for his work on the Hoover Dam monuments and his celebrated botanical brass series.
The reverse side features the authentic hallmark engravings: the Virginia Metalcrafters logo (the VM shield with a crown) alongside the style mark "3-12". Left in its authentic, unpolished vintage state, this dish shows a beautiful aged patina that highlights its rich historical character.
Perfect for use as a catchall tray, coin holder, ring dish, classic ashtray, or as a statement piece for equestrian and cabin-decor enthusiasts. [1]
